With the aim of developing people who will initiate innovation in the future, the Cabinet presents the Asian Youth Exchange Program in Okinawa this summer, where young people gather from Okinawa, mainland Japan, and other Asian nations to share experiences and participate in discussions for three weeks.

Declaration on the Okinawa Water Environment  
 At the August 24 closing ceremony, the representatives for the participants of the “Asian Youth Exchange Program in Okinawa” summed up the progress of their activities through their presentation of the “Declaration on the Okinawa Water Environment.”
